Refund policy

All Items on site are considered final sale and returns are generally not accepted. 

If an Item arrives damaged or in an unacceptable condition, you must initiate a damage request by emailing victor@felixdacat.com within 14 days of receiving your item. 

A picture must be taken with the damaged item next to the shipping label and packaging it was shipped in to confirm receipt and that the damage is for your individual order. 

Damage or condition resolution requests and notifications must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you fail to respond in a timely manner (7 days) to any questions we have regarding this damage, you may forfeit the opportunity for replacement or refund. 

If a shipment s returned due to un-deliverable attempts Felix Da Cat LLC will issue a refund to buyer. 

Once a package is shipped out of Felix Da Cat LLC, it is up to the buyer to track the package to ensure delivery.

Return rules summary

  • Returns accepted within the 14 day window with proof of DAMAGE
    • (Buyer will be requested to show proof of item cut in half for refund)
  • 25% restocking fee
  • Final sale items: 2 collections can't be returned
