Shipping policy

Felix Da Cat LLC will utilize the best suitable shipping company to make sure the package arrives to all buyers.

Shipping will be handled by Felix Da Cat LLC and handed over to the shipping company to ensure delivery. 

Failure to accept the package and if the package is returned to Felix Da Cat LLC there will be a refund issued to the buyer minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. 

We will offer a free Signature requirement for any package whose value exceeds $200 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure delivery receipt
